Youth Outreach

Are you looking for someone to help you navigate some of the challenges that come with transitioning to adulthood?

Are you struggling with anything at home, school or in your relationships and need advice or support on what to do next?

Our Youth Outreach Worker is committed to helping youth succeed and move forward with anything that life throws their way.

The goal of our Youth Outreach Program is to connect with youth (aged 13-24) that are facing any of the vast arrays of challenges that teens and young adults deal with today, but don’t necessarily have a healthy or extended support system to help navigate these challenges.

Many youth in this community do not have an adult in their life that can be considered a positive friend or mentor. Without this meaningful adult connection, many youth don’t know who to turn to for help when life gets overwhelming. Community referrals are essential to how we provide this mentor-ship and create a system of support around any youth that doesn’t currently have access to someone who can encourage, support, and motivate them outside of the classroom.
