Permanent, Full-Time (21-40 hours per week) and Part-Time (10 to 15 hours per week, afternoon shifts), shifts Monday to Friday between 6:15am and 6:15pm.

At BGC Cochrane & Area, Child Development Mentors play an essential role in providing exceptional, high-quality childcare in our licensed program. For nearly 30 years, we have supported children, youth and families in Cochrane & Area through Out of School Care (K-6), Summer Camps, Youth programs, Youth Outreach services, BGC Day Homes and community partnerships. Our mission is to provide a safe, supportive place where children and youth can experience new opportunities, overcome barriers, build positive relationships and develop confidence and skills for life.
